David founded Interactive in 1996 as the world's first recruitment agency in interactive entertainment to abandon the practice of advertising jobs in the trade press, preferring to have its reputation spread by well satisfied clients through word of mouth. For the last 12 years he has built Interactive Selection into one of the world's leading agencies providing global resource solutions and supplying staff to developers worldwide, working in the USA, Canada, Australia, China as well as most countries in Europe.
Educated at Rugby School and Hull University, he is a qualified Chartered Accountant. David is currently the Vice Chairman of the IT and Comms Sector group of the REC, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, the federation representing over 6000 recruitment businesses in the UK.

Adrian joined Interactive in 2004 after working for 3 years at the sharp end of recruitment working for Kramer Westfield and Novartus Recruitment in Reading. DipRP qualified, Adrian is one of the industry's most experienced consultants and has spoken at the Nordic Games Conference.

Antonia joined Interactive in 2008 after 5 years working in TV and 4 years as a games producer with Lionhead Studios and Kuju. A previous speaker at the Women In Media conference in 2007, she is now leading Interactive's Women in Games Jobs initiative as well as recruiting on key positions.

Anne Marie joined in September 2006 and is now based in Camberra, Australia. She formerly worked at Sega Enterprises and Virgin Interactive in Tokyo, Japan for 8 years where she rose to become Virgin's General Manager, Asia. At Sega she was the first female to gain any type of management role in a traditionally structured Japanese company. Anne Marie speaks Japanese and will be closely working with our associate offices in Tokyo.
